2 -- Discuss Planning Board review of proposed modifications to existing Large Wind Bylaw sent by the Sub-committee. 
3 -- Review legal opinion of town attorney if it has been provided to us
4 -- Discuss research information gathered by members re turbines sited in other MA towns/cities and in studies/ articles already distributed
5 -- Set next meeting date
6 -- Any other matter that may lawfully come before the Sub-Committee
